Saakshi Constructions was founded in 2000. The earliest contracts came from telecommunications — building telephone exchanges across Satara, Baramati, Sangli, Wai, Mahabaleshwar, Tapola, Dehu Road, Pune, Saswad, Loni, Phaltan, and Pandharpur.
The next chapter took us into commercial construction — showrooms, service centres, and operational facilities for Maruti Suzuki, Mahindra, Honda, Tata Motors, and Ashok Leyland.
Over the last decade, that discipline has turned toward residential development. Parvatara, Parvasaakshi, Saakshi Tiara, Oriental Marvel — homes built using the same materials thinking, the same structural rigour, and the same audit-ready documentation. It is the same company, building a different kind of building.

Design & Planning
Our architects and engineers walk the plot together -- orientation, soil report, approach roads, neighbourhood character. Layouts are drawn for the way Pune actually lives: deep balconies, cross-ventilation, dry kitchens, Vastu compliance as a default. Every drawing is stamped before it goes to RERA.
Quality Construction
RCC framed, earthquake-resistant structures. Resident engineers run on-site quality checks at every concrete pour, with an independent technical audit signing off before any wall is closed. Named brands at every fitting -- Asian Paints, Schneider, Polycab, Hindware, Jaquar -- listed by name in the agreement for sale.
On-Time Handover
Every Saakshi project carries a handover date the day RERA registration goes through. A phase-wise critical-path schedule is published to all booked buyers monthly. Snag-list inspection by the buyer happens before the registration of conveyance, not after. Sixty-plus projects, every one delivered on its promised date.
